We're Back...kind of!
Just wanted to drop a quick post to let you guys know we are settling in, kind of! Kacey & I are still living in the Residence Inn but the end is in sight, we close on our house today in Atlanta then close on our new house in Florida next Wednesday, by Sunday night we'll be sleeping in our own beds which will be just fantastic. Oh yeah and I'll have a computer again to load my pictures and BLOG a little more.
Once again I am amazed by how well Kacey adapts to new situations, she makes me feel like a whiner in comparison:) She's doing great with her temporary baby sitter (Miss Angie) and will start back to school on July 2nd where I'm sure she'll get right back in the groove. She is also attending swimming lessons in preparation for our new pool, she just jumped in on the first day like she'd been doing it all her life...she told her teacher she'd been to swimming lessons before and he believed her!! All we can think is that he asked her after the lesson and in her mind she HAD been to swimming lessons.
Next Tuesday will be a big day, Kacey and Nana are meeting me in Orlando where I'm attending a conference and we are going with the group to SeaWorld, I can't even imagine how much she is going to love seeing those fish. We were on Carolyn's dock Memorial Day and she almost jumped in chasing a couple dolphins swimming by, she LOVES BIG fish.
I'm way behind on my BLOG reading and certainly on my posting but I hope everyone is doing well and all my sweet girls (and their families) are having a wonderful start to Summer...see you guys by the pool.
Here's an old picture that Cathy took of Kacey, Laura and Rosie I'll post more when I get back on my home computer.

That makes me sad, I never got to meet Kacey in person, but I am so happy for the both of you. Happy for your new job and happy that you and Kacey will have more time together. Enjoy FL. You will be missed in GA.
